Tara Anne Cassandra Fitzgerald is an English actress born on 18 September 1967 in Cuckfield, Sussex, England, UK. She studied acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and the Drama Centre in London. Her acting debut was in the 1990-1991 film Hear my Song. Fitzgerald has appeared in numerous feature films, television shows, radio productions, and stage plays. She won the New York Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Featured Actress in a Play in 1995 and the Best Actress Award at The Reims International Television Festival in 1999. Fitzgerald has appeared in over 30 episodes since 2007, including roles in the West End productions of The Misanthrope and A Doll's House.
