Phyllis Elizabeth Davis was an American actress born on July 17, 1940, who died on September 27, 2013. Her career was primarily focused on television work. She studied at Lamar University and attended acting classes at the Pasadena Playhouse. Davis is most notably recognized for her role as Beatrice Travis in the Aaron Spelling dramatic series Vega$, which aired on ABC from 1978 to 1981. As the secretary to the character Dan Tanna, portrayed by Robert Urich, Davis appeared in all 66 prime-time episodes of the program.
