Lucy Black was born in Bradford, England, and trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. She is best known for playing the role of Florence in the television production The Durrells. Her other television credits include appearances in Grantchester, Call The Midwife, Jericho, Endeavour, Gentleman Jack as Mary Snowden, Innocent on ITV, Silent Witness for the BBC, and Better for the BBC. Additionally, she provided the voice for Queen Meve in Thronebreaker, which is an offshoot of The Witcher games.
