Hermione Norris is an English actress born on February 12, 1967, in London, England. She attended the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art in the 1980s. Norris took small roles in theatre and television before her breakout role in the comedy drama series Cold Feet, where she played Karen Marsden from 1998 to 2003. She was nominated for a British Comedy Award. Norris has also appeared in the crime drama series Wire in the Blood and the BBC One spy drama Spooks, where she played Ros Myers from 2005 to 2009. Her role in Spooks earned her the award for Best Actress at the 2008 ITV3 Crime Thriller Awards.
