Career overview
Kevin Hart began his professional acting career in 2001 when he was cast by Judd Apatow for a recurring role on the television series Undeclared. Although the series concluded after one season, this opportunity served as his initial break in the industry. Following this, Hart appeared in a variety of film projects throughout the 2000s, including Paper Soldiers in 2002, Scary Movie 3 in 2003, Soul Plane in 2004, and In the Mix in 2005. He continued to secure roles in major productions, such as his appearance in the 2010 film Little Fockers.
In addition to his film and television work, Hart cultivated a reputation as a stand-up comedian. His comedic profile expanded significantly with the 2008 release of his first stand-up album, titled I'm a Grown Little Man. Through his combined efforts in acting and stand-up performance, Hart has built a substantial professional portfolio, currently totaling 223 known credits.
