In 2009, she established the Jocelyn Jones Acting Studio, where she teaches select actors, directors, and filmmakers. She also works as a Creative Consultant in the industry and runs the production company Mind's Eye Pictures, which produces screenplays co-written with her husband and director, Miles Watkins.
