Born on January 13, 1979, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA, she is credited with 47 known credits in her acting career. She served as the on-field host for the ABC game show Wipeout from 2008 to 2011 and again from 2013 to 2014, with a brief departure during the fifth season in 2012.
