The film follows the character Blade, an ultimate vampire hunter. The story revolves around Blade's battle against an ancient evil sect of vampires known as the House of Chthon. Led by the vampire overlord Marcus, the House of Chthon seeks to achieve a specific objective. The vampires aim to create a vaccine that will result in a new breed of super vampires, immune to their weaknesses.
