Biography
Goldie Jeanne Hawn, born November 21, 1945, is an American actress, comedian, producer, dancer, and singer. She began her career as a dancer in New York and Los Angeles before joining the cast of the television show Laugh-In in the late 1960s, where her comedic talent made her a standout performer. Hawn transitioned to film with notable roles in Cactus Flower, for which she won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress in 1969, and The Sugarland Express. She starred in the successful comedy Private Benjamin in 1980 and continued to appear in both leading and supporting roles in various films. Known for portraying winsome and effervescent characters, Hawn established herself as a respected figure in Hollywood with a long-standing career in comedy.
