Diane Colleen Lane is an American actress and producer born on January 22, 1965, in New York City. She is the daughter of acting coach Burton Eugene Lane and nightclub singer Colleen Farrington. Lane has established a career in the entertainment industry, appearing in a wide variety of projects ranging from independent film features to major studio blockbuster productions. Her professional background includes 113 known credits as an actress. Throughout her career, she has received recognition for her work, including nominations for an Academy Award, three Primetime Emmy Awards, and three Golden Globe Awards.
