Dax Shepard is an American actor born on January 2, 1975, in Milford, Michigan. He began his acting career and appeared in various films and television shows. Shepard is known for his roles in Punk'd, Employee of the Month, Idiocracy, Let's Go to Prison, Baby Mama, and Get 'Em Wet. He also had a main character role in the NBC show Parenthood, playing Crosby Braverman. Shepard has appeared in numerous other films and television shows, totaling 79 known credits. He has also worked as a comedian, filmmaker, and podcaster, hosting the podcast Armchair Expert since 2018.
