Conchata Ferrell was an American actress born on March 28, 1943, in Charleston, West Virginia, USA. She is known for her work in television sitcom series, including a long-running role in a popular sitcom. Ferrell received two Primetime Emmy Award nominations for her performance in a comedy series, in addition to an earlier nomination for her work in a drama series. She was a regular cast member in five TV sitcom series, and her performance in one of these series earned her two Primetime Emmy Award nominations. Ferrell passed away on October 12, 2020, at the age of 77.
