Garmex Freezone Redevelopment and Expansion Phase 1 Open day and Ribbon Cutting || June 23, 2025
Garmex Freezone Redevelopment and Expansion Project is progressing in phases, with Phase One now complete and Phase Two underway. Phase One was fully completed in March 2024 and is now at full occupancy, providing 126,000 sq. ft. of space to over fifteen (15) businesses of varying sizes across multiple industries. The redevelopment of the main entrance and security post located on Industrial Terrace was also completed in this phase.
Garmex Freezone is one of Jamaica’s largest commercial complexes with approximately 700,000 sq.ft. of rentable space. The complex is now home to 40 clients involved in the agro-processing, distributing, warehousing, manufacturing, and services sectors
