The Indices are making a slow grind higher with no price impulsiveness, at least at this time. However, the internals are strengthening nicely. While there is still a chance of some news hitting the market that can cause another move lower, we can only go on the information in front of us now. The slow grind shows a possible lack of enthusiasm for higher prices. With that said, the trend is up and it appears they want to test a very important Key Reference Area.
