Through verification, the two prostitutes included CTN (17 years old) and CTS (25 years old, residing in Dien Bien province).

At the time of the arrest, the massage facility had two managers, Phan Van Thinh (19 years old, residing in Quang Nam province) and Dinh Hoang Anh (38 years old, residing in Hau Giang province).
Among them, Phan Van Thinh is the employee collecting ticket money (150,000 VND/trip) and prostitution fee of 400,000-500,000 VND/turn.
Dinh Hoang Anh is a staff member who guides guests to their rooms and arranges staff to serve guests, keeping records of staff serving guests. Thinh and Hoang Anh manage the massage facility when the owner is not present.
