The police urgently arrested 4 subjects: Ho Chi Tu (born 2002), Nguyen Trong Nghia (born 1993), both permanently residing in Minh Hung ward, Chon Thanh town, Binh Phuoc province; Nguyen Van Dung (born 1976, permanent resident in Thanh Tam ward, Chon Thanh town), Vu Thanh Tung (born 1993, permanent resident in Xuan Dam commune, Cat Hai district, Hai Phong city).

The victim is NTTT (born 2008, residing in An Hiep commune, Ba Tri district, Ben Tre province). Before that, around May 2023, T. came to stay in Duc Lieu commune, Bu Dang district, Binh Phuoc province and contacted Ho Chi Tu via Facebook to apply for a job. Tu informed T. to come work at a snail shop in Minh Hung commune, Bu Dang district. T. agreed and provided Tu with his address and phone number. Tu then contacted Nghia and Tung. Tu told Nghia to come take T. to Binh Duong. When he arrived, call Tung to pick him up. Nghia took T. to a cafe in Thuan An city, Binh Duong province and met Tung.
Here, Tung told T. to work at an erotic massage parlor, but T. did not agree. After that, Tung took photos and filmed T. and sent them via Zalo to a subject named Nam so that Nam could sell them to hut cafes (with sexual massage activities) to gain illegal profits. Nguyen Van Dung, owner of the “Linh Da” coffee shop in Chon Thanh town, Binh Phuoc province, agreed to accept T. and pay 10 million VND to Nam’s group.
The Police Investigation Agency of Binh Phuoc Province has transferred all the criminals along with relevant documents of the case to the Police Investigation Agency of Chon Thanh Town for resolution according to its authority. Chon Thanh town police decided to temporarily detain the above 4 subjects. As for the male subject, the police are continuing to verify and arrest him.
