Units arrange human resources, infrastructure, equipment, and vehicles at the airport, ensuring readiness for exploitation plans, ensuring order and safety of air traffic. The purpose is to meet and serve the travel needs of the people well, not to let passengers return home to celebrate Tet late due to lack of vehicles.
