Zoids Wild Zero 2019

Overview

Zoids Wild Zero is a television series set in a future where humanity has migrated to Planet Zi after Earth became inhospitable to life. Many years after this initial relocation, the inhabitants of Planet Zi face the end of their world and begin a journey to return to Earth. To make the planet habitable once more, the migrants attempt a process known as Zi-Forming. This plan ultimately fails, leaving Earth in a state of turmoil. The surface of the planet remains overrun by Zoids and is blanketed by unstable weather phenomena, forcing the migrants to endure a difficult life. Amidst these harsh conditions, the Empire and Republic settlements attempt to uncover the secrets of the Zoids. The narrative focuses on the struggles of these populations as they navigate the dangerous environment of a failed restoration project while competing factions seek to understand the metallic life forms that now dominate the landscape of their ancestral home.
