Wonder Egg Priority is a Japanese anime television series that premiered in 2021. Dream Partners, and originally aired on Nippon TV. The narrative centers on Ai, a reclusive young girl who avoids social interaction and keeps one of her eyes hidden behind her hair. One night, while visiting a deserted arcade, she encounters a mysterious figure named Aka, who prompts her to spin a gacha machine. This results in Ai obtaining a "Wonder Egg," an object that sets her on a new path where she faces challenges related to deeply personal themes such as depression, self-harm, suicide, bullying, and sexual harassment. The series blends surreal and dramatic elements as it follows Ai's journey and the consequences of her choices.
