Overview

Waterworld is a 1995 film set in a futuristic world where the polar ice caps have melted, transforming Earth into a liquid planet. The narrative follows a mutant seafarer who is rescued from a floating island prison by a barmaid. Together with a young charge named Enola, the seafarer departs on his ship to navigate the vast ocean. Their journey becomes dangerous when they are pursued by a menacing pirate.
