Cannell and stars Lorenzo Lamas as Reno Raines, a former detective who becomes a fugitive after being framed for murder. Following his testimony about police corruption, Raines is betrayed by Lieutenant Donald Dixon, who orchestrates the setup. With the help of bounty hunter Eddie Curnow, played by Branscombe Richmond, Raines pursues criminals while evading capture and working to clear his name.
