Trailer
Overview
Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman is an American live-action superhero television series based on the DC Comics character created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster. Created by Deborah Joy LeVine, the weekly prime-time program aired on the ABC network for four seasons between September 12, 1993, and June 14, 1997. The series stars Dean Cain as Clark Kent and Superman, alongside Teri Hatcher as Lois Lane. Additional cast members include Lane Smith and K Callan. The narrative focuses on the early adult years of the Man of Steel in Metropolis. After securing employment at the Daily Planet newspaper, Clark Kent meets fellow reporter Lois Lane. With her unknowing assistance, he creates the persona of Superman. Beyond his efforts to fight evil, the series explores the developing romantic relationship between Lois Lane and Clark Kent, which occurs across both of his identities. This production served as a more lavish interpretation of the Superman property compared to the television series that aired forty years prior.
