Fire Country is an American action drama television series that premiered on October 7, 2022, on CBS. Created by Max Thieriot, Tony Phelan, and Joan Rater, the program is produced by Jerry Bruckheimer Television and CBS Studios. The series features a cast including Max Thieriot, Kevin Alejandro, Jordan Calloway, Jules Latimer, Billy Burke, and Diane Farr. The narrative follows Bode Donovan, a young convict with a troubled past who seeks redemption and a shortened prison sentence. To achieve this, he joins the California Conservation Camp Program, which returns him to his small Northern California hometown. As part of this initiative, Bode and other inmates work alongside elite firefighters from the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection to extinguish massive blazes across the region. Having previously left town with a secret, Bode now attempts to rebuild his life while serving with Cal Fire. The series has spanned multiple seasons since its initial debut, with direction provided by filmmakers including James Strong and Gonzalo Amat.
