S22·E12 Take This Job and Love It

Episode recap

Family Guy is an animated comedy series that originally premiered in 1999 on the Fox Network. The series follows the adventures of the eccentric and dysfunctional Griffin family, which features bumbling Peter and long-suffering Lois, along with their three children. Among the children are Stewie, a brilliant but sadistic baby bent on killing his mother and taking over the world, and Meg, the oldest child. The overarching premise of the series centers around the humorous and often sick, twisted, and politically incorrect escapades of this household.

In the episode titled Take This Job and Love It, which corresponds to the twelfth episode of the twenty-second season, Peter and his friends wonder aloud about what their dream jobs would be. As part of an ongoing television and film archive reference, the series continues to explore the animated comedy format created by Seth MacFarlane. The program features various recurring characters and settings typical of the long-running show, maintaining the established tone of the series throughout its broadcast history on television.
