Overview

Emergency Interrogation Room is a Japanese television series that premiered in 2014. The series follows Yukiko Makabe, a skilled negotiator who works at the #3 Special Investigation Team of the Metropolitan Police Department. Her exceptional negotiation skills are a valuable asset to the team. Yukiko's work experience and negotiation abilities are put to the test when she attempts to negotiate with a hijacker on a bus. However, her mission does not go as planned, and she is forced to re-evaluate her approach. As a result, Yukiko transfers to a special interrogation team called "Kintori", where she will work alongside her new colleagues, including Katsutoshi Kajiyama, Susumu Hishimoto, Zenjiro Nakata, and Haruo Koishikawa. The team will face new challenges and complex cases, and Yukiko will have to navigate her working relationship with her new boss, Katsutoshi Kajiyama, who has a complicated history with her.
