I started this so that people remember the hostages and vis a vis them the nightmare of October 7th and vis a vis that, the reasons Israel has no choice but to remain in Gaza until there is no Hamas to threaten us…by which I mean humanity everywhere
Had Hamas simply returned the hostages they kidnapped midst the brutally twisted violation of the treaty they agreed to, Israel’s defense for doing what must be done in Gaza, would’ve probably been lambasted by even more of the world’s most useless useful idiots
Forget that, had Hamas simply returned the hostages, they wouldn’t have to be using their own citizens as shields…and their schools and hospitals as armament depots
Instead, here we are 98 ShabbatShaloms later and instead of getting reviled they’re getting rewarded…by some of the very same countries that tried appeasing Hitler and failed miserably…
And as to the fate of the 50 hostages?
Let’s hope their current state gets “recognized” at least as profoundly as the Palestinian one
Maybe that’ll get them home before the 99th ShabbatShalom
