Willa Joanna Chance Holland was born on June 18, 1991, and is an American actress and fashion model. She is best known for her television role as Thea Queen, who is the rebellious younger sister of Oliver Queen, on the television series Arrow. In addition to her work on Arrow, she appeared as Agnes Andrews on the television series Gossip Girl, and also appeared on the series The O.C. Her work further includes voice acting, as she has provided the voice of the character Aqua in the Kingdom Hearts video game franchise starting with the 2010 release Birth By Sleep.
