Timothy Hutton is an American actor born on August 16, 1960, in Malibu, California. He is the youngest actor to win the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor, which he received at the age of 20 for his performance as Conrad Jarrett in the 1980 film Ordinary People. Hutton has appeared regularly in feature films and television, with roles in Taps in 1981, The Falcon and the Snowman in 1985, and The Dark Half in 1993. Between 2000 and 2002, he starred as Archie Goodwin in the A and E drama series A Nero Wolfe Mystery, and between 2008 and 2012, he starred as Nathan Nate Ford on the TNT drama series Leverage. He also had a role in the first season of the Amazon series.
