Tatsuyuki Nagai is a Japanese anime storyboard artist and director born 24 January 1976 in Niigata, Japan. He debuted as a full director with Honey and Clover II in 2006 and later directed Idolmaster: Xenoglossia (2007), Toradora! (2008), A Certain Scientific Railgun (2009), Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day (2011), Waiting in the Summer (2012) and A Certain Scientific Railgun S (2013). He is one third of the creative team Super Peace Busters. In Japanese he is known as 長井龍雪 and also listed as ながい たつゆき, 長井龍幸 and 長井 龍雪.
