Biography
Tara Rosling is a Canadian film and theater actress born on November 16, 1970, in Vancouver, British Columbia. She grew up in Vancouver and attended York University in Toronto to study acting. Beginning in 1993, she appeared in supporting and guest roles for television series and cinema films. Her credits include a leading role in the 2000 sitcom The War Next Door, as well as recurring supporting roles in the science fiction series Impulse from 2018 to 2019 and Star Trek: Discovery from 2020 to 2024. Additionally, Rosling is an active theater performer who has appeared in numerous productions at the Stratford Festival in Stratford, Ontario, and the Shaw Festival.
