Her television credits include starring roles in the Hub miniseries Clue in 2011, the YouTube Premium series Impulse from 2018 to 2019, and the Netflix thriller series The Night Agent beginning in 2023. She also stars in the third season of the Showtime series Yellowjackets, following recurring appearances in its first two seasons. Additionally, Desjardins has held recurring roles in the first season of the Syfy horror series Van Helsing in 2016, the final four parts of the Netflix spy series Project MC2 from 2016 to 2017, and the fourth season of The CW series Riverdale from 2019 to 2020.
