SZA is an American singer-songwriter known for her diaristic lyrics and alternative R&B sound incorporating multiple genres. She first garnered attention with her self-released extended plays See.SZA.Run and S. Her work led to her signing with Top Dawg Entertainment, through which she released her third extended play Z. Her debut studio album Ctrl is a critical and commercial success, earning four Grammy Award nominations.
