Susan J. Blommaert is an American actress born on October 13, 1947. She is known for her roles in several drama series, including The Blacklist, where she played Mr. Kaplan, and Law & Order, its spin-offs Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Law & Order: Trial by Jury, where she had a recurring role as Judge Rebecca Steinman. Blommaert has also portrayed judges in other legal dramas, such as Judge Rudy Fox in The Practice, Judge Barbara Burke in Family Law, and Judge Hanlon in Bull.
