Steve Coulter is a Canadian-born actor and writer. He has appeared in various film and television productions, including recurring roles on several series. Coulter's television credits include She-Hulk Attorney at Law, Yellowstone, P-Valley, The Walking Dead, Brockmire, and House of Cards. He has also appeared in HBO films directed by Barry Levinson, including Wizard of Lies and Paterno. Coulter's film appearances include First Man, The Conjuring, The Hunger Games, Birth of a Nation, Insidious, The Front Runner, and Fool's Paradise. Additionally, he served as the head writer for both House of Payne and Meet the Browns, overseeing over 100 episodes.
