Steve Bacic is a Canadian actor born on March 13, 1965, in Lisičić, Croatia. Originally studying kinesiology before transitioning to acting, he began his career in the early 1990s. Bacic gained recognition for playing Gaheris and Telemachus Rhade in the television series Andromeda from 2000 to 2005, and for starring as a member of the Canadian Coast Guard in the series The Guard from 2008 to 2009. His television credits also include appearances in Stargate SG-1, Smallville, NCIS, The X-Files, and Hallmark films such as Garage Sale Mysteries. On the big screen, he has been featured in films including The 6th Day in 2000, X2 in 2003, Good Luck Chuck in 2007, and Wonder in 2017. He currently lives and works in Canada.
