Ruby Jean Cruz, born March 31, 2000, is an American actress known for her roles in television and film. She appeared in the miniseries Mare of Easttown and the streaming series Castle Rock. Cruz gained wider recognition for her role as Kit Tanthalos in the Disney+ series Willow. In 2023, she made her feature film debut as Hazel Callahan in the comedy Bottoms, directed by Emma Seligman. Cruz was born in Burbank, California, and raised in Los Angeles. Her parents are Brandon Edwin Cruz, a musician and actor, and Elizabeth "Liz" Cruz, a nurse. She has an older brother named Lincoln Bixby Cruz.
