Ross Fleming Butler is an actor born on May 17, 1990, in Singapore to a Chinese-Malaysian mother and an English-Dutch father. After living in Jakarta, Indonesia, he moved to the United States at the age of four and was raised by his mother in Fairfax. He is known for his television and film work, including roles as Zach Dempsey in the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why and as Brett Willis on K.C. Undercover. He also appeared as Reggie Mantle in the first season of the CW series Riverdale in 2017. In film, he joined the DC Extended Universe to play Superhero Eugene Choi in Shazam! in 2019, and later reprised the role in the 2023 film Shazam! Fury of the Gods.
