Known by the full name Ulrich Alexander Fox, he played college basketball for the North Carolina Tar Heels and competed in the National Basketball Association for the Boston Celtics and the Los Angeles Lakers. He also owned the eSports franchise Echo Fox until his departure in October 2019, having entered the eSports world through his avid gamer son, Kyle. As an actor with 75 known credits, Fox is best known for portraying Ian Jackson in the Morning Show Mysteries television movie series, Calvin Owens on the CW series iZombie, Darius Nash on the OWN network drama series Greenleaf, a fictionalized version of himself on the BET series The Game, and Winston on the VH1 series Sing.
