Biography
Peter Duryea was an American actor born on July 14, 1939, in Los Angeles, California. He is best known for appearing in the pilot episode of Star Trek: The Original Series, "The Cage", with most of his scenes reused in "The Menagerie". He also appeared in films such as Catalina Caper and The Bounty Killer, and television shows including Adam-12 and The Name of the Game. Duryea died on March 24, 2013, in Gray Creek, British Columbia, Canada. He was the son of actor Dan Duryea and Helen Bryan.
