Biography
Pamela Stephenson is a New Zealand actress, comedian, writer, and psychologist born on December 4, 1949. She relocated to Australia in 1953, where she studied at the National Institute of Dramatic Art. After performing in various stage and television roles, she moved to the United Kingdom in 1976. Stephenson is recognized for her work in the satirical sketch program Not the Nine O'Clock News, as well as the films History of the World: Part I and Superman III. She was previously married to Nicholas Ball and later married Billy Connolly in 1989. The couple has three children named Daisy, Amy, and Scarlett. Stephenson has since retired from acting.
