Nora Denney (September 3, 1927 – November 20, 2005) was an American actress who worked across stage, television and film. Born in Kansas City, Missouri, she entered show business locally when the Kansas City television station Channel 5 (KCMO TV) hired her to portray Marilyn the Witch, an on‑screen host who introduced horror movies. The role marked the beginning of a career that would later span several decades and a variety of media.

Denney became a familiar face on American television, appearing in a number of popular series. Her credits include guest roles on Green Acres, Petticoat Junction, Hart to Hart, Get Smart, Room 222 and That Girl. In addition to her television work, she performed in a series of feature films. Her filmography features titles such as Who’s Minding the Mint? (1967), I Walk the Line (1970), Do Not Fold, Spindle or Mutilate (1971), I Wonder Who’s Killing Her Now? (1975), American Hot Wax (1978) and Truman (1995). The latter represents her final known screen appearance before her death in 2005. Throughout her career she was also credited as Dodo Denney.
