Biography
Noomi Rapace is a Swedish actress born on December 28, 1979, in Hudiksvall, Gävleborgs län, Sweden. Born Hilda Noomi Norén, she is the daughter of Swedish actress Nina Norén and Spanish Flamenco singer Rogelio de Badajoz. Rapace has been credited under the names Hilda Noomi Norén and Noomi Nor. She was married to Ola Rapace between 2001 and 2011, with whom she had a son in 2003. The surname Rapace, which is French and Italian for bird of prey, was adopted by the couple as a joint initiative during their marriage. Since 2010, she has resided periodically in London. She is recognized for her extensive work in film and television with 62 known credits.
