Nicholas David Rowland Cassavetes is an American actor, director, and writer. He was born on May 21, 1959. As a director, Cassavetes has worked on several films, including She's So Lovely, John Q, The Notebook, Alpha Dog, and My Sister's Keeper. His father, John Cassavetes, directed the film Husbands, in which Nick Cassavetes had an uncredited role. Cassavetes has also appeared in the films The Wraith, Face/Off, and Blow.
