Zachary Knight Galifianakis, born October 1, 1969 in Wilkesboro, North Carolina, is an American actor and comedian. He first appeared in a Comedy Central Presents special and later created and presented the talk‑show parody Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifianakis, which received critical acclaim. His film work includes starring roles in The Hangover trilogy (2009–2013), Due Date (2010), It’s Kind of a Funny Story (2010), The Campaign (2012), Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance) (2014) and Masterminds (2016). In animation he has voiced characters in Puss in Boots (2011), The Lego Batman Movie (2017) and Missing Link (2019).
