Maureen E. Gaffney, born November 5, 1958, in San Diego, California, is an American actress and activist. She hosted two of her own television talk shows, Women Aloud!, which aired on the Comedy Central network, and The Mo Show. Gaffney played Joanne Stupak, the girlfriend of Bob Pinciotti, during seasons four and five of That '70s Show. She also had a recurring role in Mad About You and guest starred in Friends and Veronica's Closet. Additionally, she appeared in the beauty pageant black comedy Drop Dead Gorgeous. On British television, Gaffney appeared on the talk show The Full Wax starring Ruby Wax, portraying American correspondent Taffy Turner in a recurring segment.
