She was a Croatian-American actress and singer, as well as a leading actress of theatre, film, and television in the former Yugoslavia. Due to intolerable political circumstances in her homeland, she emigrated to the United States in November 1991 with her husband, Goran Gajić. Internationally, she was best known for her role as Ambassador Delenn in the television series Babylon 5. Her career included leading roles in over twenty-five films, regular appearances on Yugoslav television in numerous series and television films, and numerous recognized credits in film and television.
