Michael Kelly is an American actor born on May 22, 1969. He is best known for his role as Doug Stamper in the Netflix drama series House of Cards. Kelly also appeared as CIA Agent Mike November in the Prime Video thriller series Jack Ryan and reprised the role in Jack Ryan: Ghost War. Additionally, he played Byron Westfield in the Paramount+ series Lioness. Kelly is widely recognized for his intense portrayals of morally complex characters in television and film, including his Emmy-nominated performance in House of Cards.
