Grant appeared in the courtroom drama Anatomy of a Murder and played the part of "Mama Bear" in the film Goldilocks, alongside her husband and children. She also guest-starred on her husband's 1964-1965 ABC sitcom The Bing Crosby Show. Grant had a career spanning multiple media, with 40 known credits. She passed away on September 20, 2024, at the age of 90.
