Jonathan Daniel Jon Glaser is an American actor, comedian, and television writer based in New York City. Born in Chicago, Illinois on June 20, 1968, he was raised in Southfield, Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan, where he performed in sketch comedy troupes. Glaser is best known for his work as a writer and sketch performer on Late Night with Conan O'Brien and as the creator and star of the live-action Adult Swim series Delocated, which follows a man in the witness protection program with his own reality show. His television credits also include a recurring role as Councilman Jamm, a rival to Leslie Knope, on the NBC series Parks and Recreation.
