Biography

Hikari Ishida is a Japanese actress born on May 25, 1972. She is the younger sister of Yuriko Ishida, who is also an actress. Ishida has appeared in the TV-series Hana no Asuka-gumi! alongside Megumi Odaka and Natsuki Ozawa. In addition to her acting career, Ishida has released several singles and six albums, with one of her songs, "Emerald no Suna", achieving a minor hit. She has also worked on various commercial projects, including hair product advertisements, and has released several photobooks and videos. Ishida's music has been featured on the NHK program Minna no Uta.
